I powered through, and got some munchies. The high with this strain is very heady, and hits like a train, lasting quite long enough for me. I enjoyed listening to music while I was smoking Blue Dream more than anything else. The cerebral buzz kept me zoned out and jamming pretty hard for the duration of the session.
The scent is citrusy and earthy, but not skunky or overly piney, more along the lines of dry leaves than pine needles. It is aromatic and definitely a pleasant scent, something I don’t mind smelling up the room.
It’s one of the few pieces of stoner philosophy that takes itself just seriously enough to be thought-provoking without trying to tackle something metaphysical. Many attempts at crafting a philosophy around marijuana end up either some offshoot of Rastafarian or totally incomprehensible. We can all relate to having that friend who believes Marijuana can solve all of the world’s problems. At the very least the 420 Code doesn’t make me cringe like.
Any smoker can notice every network of friends has their own lingo around marijuana use. It’s a bonding experience for groups to exchange their preferred linguistics. The debate generally centers around the use of phrases like “wanna smoke up?”, “I’ll smoke you out” and “let’s smoke down”.
